Delivery
So, what can you expect when my order is delivered? Boxes. While they are big, there’s no need to worry - a little mess never hurt anyone! Our delivery teams will need a clear path of entry to ensure a seamless visit, so please check your delivery path in advance and ensure it's free of obstacles. Gentle reminder to make sure any elevators or stairwells are large enough to accommodate the delivery.
All of our products are packaged in heavy duty corrugated cardboard and most of them are relatively easy to maneuver. That said, some of them are larger or heavier than others. We’ve detailed the largest and heaviest boxes (sometimes those are the same!) below so that you can double check your space and confirm you’re ready to receive your new products:

Assembly
If you didn’t order assembly at checkout for our Phone Booths, get set for some simple handy work. Grab a colleague and download our Assembly Manual HERE. Or, watch our step by step video tutorial HERE. The assembly should take the two of you about an hour. Need some help?
