Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or process refunds for our Meeting Room, Open Meeting Room or Focus Room, after the unit is delivered and assembled.

If you decide to return your Phone Booth as part of ROOM’s 100-day risk-free trial, we will cover the cost of return shipping, as well as disassembly of your booth.
