Up to 2 repairs annually

We offer professional repairs up to twice per calendar year.

Covers incidental damage

Room Service covers most types of incidental damage that might occur in your office. Refer to details below for specifics on coverage.

Our Room Service protection is flexible - you're free to join, or cancel at anytime.

Room Service extends our standard manufacturer warranty. It is not a seperate insurance plan. ROOM Phone Booths purchased before August 2020 are not covered by Room Service.

Spillage on fabric

We repair fabric surfaces including the interior felt lining in our Phone Booths and sofa cushions in our larger Rooms.

Scratches and breakage

Damages to hard surfaces noticeable from at least two feet away, excluding metal components.

Fans and air vents

Loss of functionality over time of ventilation components, including fans and air vents.

Normal wear and tear

Wear, tear and pillage of wall and floor fabrics noticeable from at least two feet away.

Damaged eletrical components

We will repair or replace electronic components that may be exposed or damaged over time.

Excessive Use

Overuse of electical or other utilities, beyond the suggested usage guidelines in our care and instructions manual.

Incorrect placement

Damages from placement in inappropriate environments as detailed in our care and instruction guidelines.

Attempts to renew units

Refurbishments or upgrades of any components in an attempt to renew units.

Pre-owned or rental units

Room Service does not cover repairs for units that are rentals or pre-owned.

Acts of nature

Room Sense is an extended warranty, and not an insurance plan. As such, we do not cover acts of nature including fire, flood, hurricanes, etc.
