All of our products are designed with your experience in mind. We work hard to keep things easy but we'd love your help all the same. Let's make sure your space is prepared!

Preparation Is Key.

Let's run through the basics:

  • Step 1

    Coordinate Access

    First, make sure your building knows we're coming! Reach out to your building's management team and double check their delivery requirements. This could mean getting a COI from our delivery partners during scheduling, reserving a loading dock or elevator, and even filling out some additional paperwork.

    Side note, have you confirmed whether your local building authority has certification requirements specific to your area? If not, we have a guide of the most common requirements and how they apply to ROOM products!

  • Step 2

    Ensure Your Room Fits

    Next, Grab a tape measure and follow this guide to ensure our partners will be able to deliver your new ROOM products to the correct spot.

  • Step 3

    Choose Your Spot

    Now, make sure you know exactly where you'd like to place your units. Even though our products are flexible, it is a process to move locations. Locking in placement and clearing a space before we arrive saves us all some time!

  • Step 4

    Check Power Requirements

    Finally, double check that your placement is within 10 ft of a power outlet for Phone Booths or within 4 ft for Room Collection and Acoustic Lounge products. Please note, Chicago code requires all phone booths use a 2-foot power cord so be sure to confirm any unique requirements ahead of time!
