How does delivery and assembly work?
Our products are designed for easy assembly, but we can make it even easier by assembling for you. If you choose the assembly option at checkout, our expert technicians will assemble your ROOM products upon delivery and remove all packaging and debris when they're done. Depending on which city you're located in, we may send a separate crew for delivery and assembly. Feel free to contact us at support@room.com for more info about our services in your area.
Please note that orders requiring delivery outside of regular business hours (8am - 4pm), and/or orders needing to be carried up more than one flight of stairs will require paid assembly.
